best spring rate for daily driving c4 audi a6

I am going to be doing a coil over conversion and wanted to see what ppl are using for a decent stiff but good ride, spring rate? 97 c4 a6

A very important consideration if you are concerned with a comfortable ride is not to set the ride height too low so you actually have some suspension travel and aren’t riding on the bump stops. I’m 380 front and 450 rear but too low to get a feel for the springs, planning on raising the ride height someday.
