I think I do. If the one off of a 4kq is a 5 window then yes

Looks like it needs to be from an NG or NF, think yours would be a JT correct?

yes. There may be one on an NG at the local yard. I plan to go this weekend so we shall see. If it is, I'll pull one for you. No promises though
