S4 turbo on audi 200 turbo??

whats up? everyone
I found a s4 turbo for $140 with 75,000 miles on it. i was wondering if the s4 turbo would be able to bolt up to my 200 (20v) or would i have to find some kind of adapter to make it fit? any feedback is appriciated!

a c4 s4 turbo from aan motor will bolt directly in place of a 200 20vt turbocharger, both k24 7000's

By replacing the stock turbo with the S4 turbo give me more power? Will it make a difference or will it just be the same as the stock?
Also since its a used turbo, will I need to break it in once I put it on of will it be rest to go?
Any feed back/advice is always appriciated!

thye are both k24's, same turbo
no break in required
