Spotted this Lancia today on the freeway

Now I have been around sports cars for a while, attending my first race in 1956. But I have never seen this model of Lancia before.
What year and model is it?
Phyllis spotted it and I had a hard time trying to catch it in the Van. She took a great picture. From a 1/2 mile back, I thought it was a Sonnett at first.
