I must keep replacing these duel-filament bulbs every 2 months...has anyone else had issues with these bulbs failing? Is it vibrations that make these filaments break? What do you recommend to make these less of a wear item than they have been?

What brand bulbs are you using? You say the filaments are breaking. Do the filaments appear overheated? Good sockets, grounds, wire connections? What is your alternator output voltage?
