Power steering hose for small chassis

The small hose from the rack to the tank on my B3 has seen better days. It leaks pretty badly, and spending $20+ per can of pentosin sucks. I measured the fitting on the tank, and its 13mm. All the hoses I can find for euro vehicals are either 12mm or 14mm. Anyone have any experience with replacing this line?

What about having a hydraulic shop refurb/rebuild you one from the original?

There really isn't a need for it. That line has little pressure. I just need to find a good hose to use and clamp it in either side.

Never mind, I think I used the banjo fitting when I made the hose to connect to my v8 ps pump
