Send Elaw a PM. He had Hank machine one, but is using a Porsche housing I sent him.

Didn't Jared do this as well?
And Dave?
There's gotta be a file for this floating around somewhere...

I first did this. All i got was frustrated as I just don't think its capable of flowing the right volume. Hank had started cutting k24 hot sides to build hybrid RS2 turbos. I don't know how this worked out. I feel I constantly had dett from back pressure due to that housing. IMHO you're better off sourcing the Porsche hot side, but that's my 2c.

I got a hot side that was once machined by Hank. Now my machine shop guy able to copy it.
Actually, i will picking them up tomorrow.
I have a k26/6 hot side as well, but this one is a quicker spool so for now, i will test it.

The Audi k26 hotside wont work with the volvo turbine. I gave up my volvo turbo because it pussed out too soon up high. If hank has been able to do a billet wheel for it and give it more life up top, thats awesome. I went with his billet k26 and im much more happy with the results. Its slower spool, but there's always a compromise. 33psi on e85 was worth the later spool.

Allot of material needed to be removed by hand after boring that Audi exhaust housing in order to create geometry similar to the Volvo exhaust housing. I used a small carbide burr on a Dremel to accomplish this.
ARD (
http://www.ARDideas.com) has several billet wheels available for the Volvo K24 which might keep it from pussing out. One of them supposedly flows enough for 430 hp.
One thing that I have been wondering about is if a Porsche K24 compressor housing would fit since the Volvo compressor housing inlet sticks out about and inch and a half further than stock.
