whats a 2002 d2 s8 complete motor/harness/ecu worth?

i may be picking up a 2002 d2 s8 black/tan with a blowed up tip trans.
considering selling the S8 40v with 170k, just taking opinions on what i should ask for the complete engine,ecu and harness
