Ask a question . Why did not anyone put such brakes?
modest budget . 350mm is enough. Climb in the 17th wheel.
Here is an example of prices in Russia:
1) caliper Porcshe Cayenne Turbo 18z 12000rub = 200$

2) new shoes (code 13.0460-4993.2) 5500rub = 90$
3) new brake disc 350mm by Mersedes-Benz ML (code 09.R103.11) 4000rub = 65$ *2 = 130$
in total 420$ excellent brakes are screwed without any spacers! through the washers and longer bolts.

Best regards, Dmitry! good luck

From Audi S6 1996 . Just once stood on the racks of the Audi S4 1992 by UFO brakes . one (third ) must be cut off and mount the caliper just stands up. as the bolt holes is broad support can be placed exactly on the disk .
I hope this information is useful

It is useful but unfortunately most of the US UrS4/6 cars have Girling G60 front brakes with uprights to match. There should be a bracket for us available soon to use 17z calipers, 18z pads and an S8 rotor.

These brakes are bolt-on upgrades for the B5 S4, so they should fit on UFO uprights with the same modifications as needed for HP2 calipers.

An Audi buddy of mine here is running Cayenne calipers on his UrS6. For a long time already.

RockAuto also has these on great deal, if you specifically get the Centric Remanufactured versions, they even come with fresh street (Posiquiet) pads. I got my 996 calipers from there for $550/pair with pads after eating the core charge!

I have a guy on the S2 forum who's making adapters who's going to get me some for the 18z's for my UrS with the A7 356mm rotor. I'll be upgrading to 18" rims for those though but I think the stopping power will be well worth it.

Chris Brydon made a good point on S2Forum that the 18z are less suited to our cars than the 17z. Basically, more overall piston diameter = more clamping force (if I recall correctly).
However, for the price, that looks like a hell of an upgrade! Well done.
