ive noticed ever since ive had the car that the temp gauge will sit at 80 in winter when driving. when i stop or idle it will go up to 90 within a min or so and keep climbing until i start driving again.
in the summer it will sit at arounf 85 ish and the same as above at idle only she will climb to 110+ before i shut the car off. probally takes about 5 mins of idle to go from 85 to 110. never got a overheat warning and the car has hit 120c on hot days before i shut it off
im gonna check the CC today and see what CH 51 says but im 99% it always reads 89.
the PO said he changed the thremostat before i bought the car but that was almost 2 years ago.
i also never hear any fans kinck in at the temp climbs.
the heat works ( blower motor dying lol) but it works.
where should i look to fix this?
