I just wanted to express my personal appreciation to Hank for spending a few minutes with me showing me his shop and chatting with me today. For those that don't know Hank I can personally say what a incredibly nice guy he is and we are all very fortunate to have him in the Audi community.

It's always nice to have someone who is knowledgeable, busy, and still has enough time and people skills to not be a doosh. Definitely a good thing to be able to approach someone and have them be of assistance.
