I would go cobra head and real filter like the aem dry over those crappy mushroom filters. They suck and tend to fall apart

I have run a lot of cobra heads and they work great. No restriction.

When Eric was installing his Volvo K24, he had me turn down the inlet so he could use a smaller cobra head to clear everything.

yes, i've read that, but its too late now. i wont remove it. maybe later
the interesting thing is, David had the same turbo, exhaust manifold, and cobra head, and he had no problem. mine was an inch longer, i had to trim from the cobra head and from the passenger side frame

After installing the vems.... had to find the spark, timing, too much fuel.

Of course not much luck. so at this point i gave up. I knew i cant start it and i only can do damage.
100000x to my good friend mr. greg w. he towed my car from LA to Vegas.

Once we were at Iroz Motorsport, I had high hopes

Prof. Dr, Phd Guru Wizzard Hank started the car in 20mins.

Thank you for Collin and Josh, they are excellent guys and to Marc S. for the phone support!!!
We had a problem with my ecu, #5 injector was spraying whenever the fuel pump was on...
Hank's and Marc's skill solved the problem, again.

Car is running, and registered.
Need to adress few things before next week trip to BBQ:
Alignment, address some oil leak, weird brake sizing, maybe bad MC?

Few more pictures, and I think im done with the car for a while.

Car runs and boost well (hitting 26psi), few minor things to be fixed (i have a new set of rubber moldings, door seal, etc) but only after the moving, maybe at the spring.
Image
oil seal was replaced

Image
I am debating the get an other valve cover and machine it for the red coils... I like Dave's setup

Image
S6 seats are very comfortable

Image
and the s6 wheel's offset is great for the cq
Image

I have a set of fusch with a brand new winter tires, so im ready for the winter
In mid January i really wanna go back to Hank, and have him tune the car on the dyno.

No timing belt cover?

I like my coils, got the harness from your friend Norbitron. Great quality and fit, love the look. Keeps things OEM+

Maybe I missed it, but what strut top mounts are you running?

timing belt cover was removed, so Hank could have easy access to find my timing. Time to install it back.
I know about Norbitron's harness. He is my buddy from back country.

The top mounts were made by Albert, and I ran a group buy almost a year ago

How's the ride on those top mounts? Albert makes nice stuff.

The car is extremely stiff.
Solid top mount, aluminum subframe mount, power flex CA mount, 034 engine mount, poly sub mount.
Its a dream to corner/turn with this setup but its ends there.
