Figured out the fuel issue. Turns out it was my shitty tune lol! I botched something up along the way and decided to see how the truck acted stock

Started doing rollpan fitment today. Going to hopefully get it painted within a few weeks. School starts on Monday so time will become limited. Just have to fab the exhaust pipes up to the tips and I can get this sucker painted!

lol spill the beans! I shared my police encounter at Carlisle!

So basically I was coming home from the bar with a couple friends (wasnt drunk or anything). There was a camaro up front and I decided to screw with him. Well low and behold, I mash the throttle right as a cop pulls up to where we were. I saw him right as I went through the intersection....and basically went.........."well fuck!" Pulled over into one of the giant parking lots on the side....where 3 other cop cars were hanging out....greaaaaaattttt.

Next thing I know there is an entire semi circle surrounding me like I had just robbed a bank....

The officer that lit me up came up and was like....."well you know why I pulled you over right......?" I looked at him and was like....."yeahhhhh". He said...."right in the front of the po-po....." shaking his head. Asked if I was drinking and I said I had a couple drinks with food over the past couple hours.

Another officer did a DUI test on me (like I said, wasnt drunk or buzzed or anything - I dont condone drunk drivin nor would I ever drive if I felt buzzed or drunk....especially in the Dodge). Passed and was told to go back to the truck.

Original officer comes back with my paperwork (at this point I knew there wasn't a ticket because they take way longer) and says "Now look....the ONLY reason I'm not writing you a ticket is because the code for what you did is a misdemeanor and I don't want to make you a criminal. I know it's fun to burn the carbon off every now and then but go do it out in the county somewhere away from the city".

My reply..."yeah I was burning the carbon off, that's my excuse!" The adrenaline was still kicking in and I tend to laugh when the adrenaline is pumping. I was trying so hard not to smile and laugh. Guy had to have been a car guy or something.

This isn't the first time this has happend.....cop caught me flat out drifting full throttle through an intersection one night.....he was right behind me and I didnt even know it. Got off with a no-front plate ticket.

LOL nice. I have gotten away with more stuff like that than I can believe after getting pulled over. I am just really respectful and show that I know I was being an idiot. Of course some of that is luck by not getting a total d-bag officer.

And people wonder why I always have my car apart durring the summer. A small part of that is so I dont get my car impounded and me thrown in jail for reckless, and whatever else they feel like throwing at me. I dont know what Im going to do when Im done with upgrading her, and cant hold back the urge to let the monkey out.

Yeah but I'm starting to think I have too many of these stories. I kinda realized yesterday that maybe I should calm down for a bit. Thank god winter is on the way where the cops dont have AWD Audis to catch me in the deep snow!
