this looks a little better than when I started. I had to take the cooling fins off to make it easier to polish.

I know I should post this in the ''swap meet'', but if anyone knows somebody that needs some 20 valve cylinder heads, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, or a turbo... let me know. I will almost give it away. i just want to make it worth my while to pack it up and take it somewhere to ship out. Anything I can do to help another Audi ''Nut'' keep one of these cars on the road. I also have the lower end too.

I'm working on converting my door cards to the 200 Bose door cards with the ported boxes. My car originaly came with two tiny speakers in the dash and two in the rear deck. It has got to improve the sound and still keep it factory looking.

Another project I am working on is cleaning up the engine bay and seeing if I can re-route some items to open up some space and take the clutter away. I have decided to do without the ABS module and that huge bracket. I also want to get rid of the hydro boost or whatever the proper term is for it. There are brake lines everywhere and I can't even stick my hand down in the hood because of all of the brake lines in the way. That will definitely get simplified. I will do a big brake kit and convert to a vacuum brake booster. I just hate hydraulic/oil leaks! I'm thinking I might add some porportioning valves mixed with small residual valves to help with the small master cylinder to keep line pressure at the pistons.

You can probably tell that I like things to be cleaned up before going back in... I'm also sand blasting my sway bar and ''K frame"... I think that is what it is called... or engine craddle? Anyway... I am sandblasting them and getting them powdercoated. I don't know what color yet. I was thinking silver or red since the bay is red. I like brighter colors because it makes it easier to see under the hood and all the different components seem easier to identify and single out. I don't like everything to be one black camoflauged blurr under the hood.

Ok, just send me a message and I will reply with detailed pics of heads and turbo. Back in the day when it was my uncles car, he was always doing things with the waste gate and soldering some of his mad scientist stuff to the ECM... He was always bowing head gaskets. We would hit every junkyard in the houston area grabbing what we could of of them. We grabbed an extra head to experiment with porting and different valve jobs. The one in the picture with the valve cover and distributor was the last current head I was driving with. It was making great power but I had massive problems with the fuel injection and pulled everything out as you can see in the pictures. The turbo was making decent power too when I was getting fuel. I can check it for shaft play. I have been lugging these parts around for at least 5 or six years.

I can post a couple pics to show my other toy. It is an 88 Suzuki Samurai that I bought in Colorado about ten years ago. I went wheeling in the mountains one day and got hung up on some boulders in a trail and it was "the straw that broke the camels back". From that moment, it made my mind up to go a little more extreme so I don't have to worry about that anymore. I would also get honked at by people behind me because I was going so slow over the passes in Colorado... Fixed that problem too.

I am compiling my ''to do'' or ''wish list'' for 200. I have saved some pictures of some of the cool things that add that little touch that makes it stand out from the everyday stock 200.

First item is a rear spoiler. I am trying to decide on what spoiler. There is the super rare Tresser, The V8 DTM, and a couple I am not sure of.

What are you opinions?
