aw, If I had a stab at the cause, I would say spinning to 9800 on a stock oil pump probably isn't going to happen forever :)

Thats cuz it is forged. Can't tell if it is a 6 bolt or 8, but it is forged by the looks of it.

Wow - very cool guys. Very. Wasn't the big issue with this motor figuring out a way to mount it longitudially? I guess that's been solved...

I believe it simply requires removing some material from the transmission. Then you get enough holes lines up to secure the engine.

for gosh sake hank put in that mcmaster nut and bolt order in already. I see two pics of backwards EM nuts just so you can get enough thread on the stock EM studs to hold the new turbo EM on ;)
