That water hose isn't going to last long there. Go to your FLAPS and buy some emission hose :)

Okay, so I replaced the vacuum line that connects to the rear of the intake manifold closest to the passenger side. It was rotted through and was creating a terrible lag in the cars performance. Got that squared away and then i replaced the hose that goes from the front of the intake to the ISV with heater hose... then radiator hose... then with water line.

The heater hose and the radiator hoses seem to have collapse when i turn on the car and the car acts as if it has a vacuum leak when it really does not. Turn the car off and the hose goes back to normal. In fact, the water line held up BETTER than the other lines. looks like its going to have to do for now. Gotta love Home Depot and military discount.

i decided to use a water line because its much more rigid and still pliable. We will see how it holds up the oil that makes it through the line some. Also i need to clean and re-oil my K&N cone filter Dave K. gave to me a while back.

Got my front control arms and tie rods and my rear control arms in the mail today!!!! and i just ordered the Moog ball joints from Rock Auto that Nik sent me the link for. Thanks buddy.

now i can repair my squishy suspension.

That water hose is going to turn brittle quickly. Get EMISSIONS hose, not heater hose.

kinda like this. but then again can just get a braided line that wont require cutting or adapting to make work...

quick search gave me this, dishwasher hose. $14.98

not sure if thisll help or not. but if all the rubber hose your trying is collapsing, then perhaps it might help out.

Stephen, go to the auto parts store and and ask for PCV hose. Not to be confused with PVC pipe that you would use in your house. The PCV hose aka emissions hose will hold up to the oil and temps of the gasses going through it.

I have in the past used silicone hose with good results.

So, are you planning on having those rear arms cleaned up at all? That is what the ones I did for Mike (audisport4000) looked like before I powder coated them.
