I finally have a day to do nothing for once in the past 6 months... so I'm making one of those "I'm bored" posts where I just ramble on about random things:

Front suspension is now complete with shortened and re-valved Bilsteins and shortened strut housings + clocked steering arms. Also added some needle-style thrust bearings and helper springs. I'm told it is slammed now. Can't wait to see how this new setup performs.

Now I guess we are waiting on the balancing and such from a pretty cool shop somewhere in Nevada.

I'm playing with turbo options in my head. The original plan (Holset Pro52) is still the strongest contender. I am just worried about it running out of steam before we hit our goals. It might be nice to have a turbo which can achieve more power on lower boost though. Maybe we'll try it out first and see what happens. Changing turbos really won't be a big deal by the time this is all finished up compared to the other stuff we are doing!

Oh and I bought an M5 just before Christmas... it's awesome! I drove it all the way home from Albany, NY.

Beamer looks awesome...those are great cars. Can't wait until the 200 project is done !
