Keep rotating it around. There is a perfect spot where they will both meet up. Anything small will be taken up by the flex first time it is heat cycled with decent wastegate use. Looks great
Edit, from my point of view, looks like the turbo needs to rotate back a tad, and the flex on the coupler shows that it is not perfect too.

No, the wastegate should not be stretching. Look, those all will line up if you rotate the housings inlet right, and then rotate the wastegate inlet vband a little bit till teh the right combo is achieved. You will find that once you get the wastegate on, the inlet clamp will likely never come off again. I never removed mine on my car once the initial install, even though the turbos came and went, along with downpipes when I swapped transmissions.
I really don't want that wastegate stretching at all in it's natural position, and compressing is better if you need to do anything. But all those pictures I sent you, those are all without a clamp needed on the wastegate outlet, and the fitment was within 1/32nd.
Looks freaking spectacular, the engine bay looks really nice. Well done OB

OB...I concur...it you leave all clamps loose you will find the right angle for everything to fall into place. When I installed this combo in my S4 I got it right first time. It took A while on the S6A but I found it. Keep playing with it. You may find that it helps to have someone under the car playing with the end if the DP while you adjust the turbo and WG.

Muchas gracias... But I will give it a go in Friday again... Right now it's Moscato time...
To Do list:
1) Find the proper thread pitch of that damn V-Band clamp on the downpipe...
2) Get appropriate adapter for turbo oil feed restrictor to -4an
3) Complete that other side of oil feed line that goes to the oil filter housing with the correct -4an flange (was running -3an before)
4) Cut oil dump line to the desired length and complete that end (turbo oil dump is already completed)
5) Figure out what the hell I'm gonna do with my existing Samco hose under the compressor. Extending the intercooler piping to raise the Samco's position higher does not look like it'll line up(for obvious reasons, ie, better turbo placement)... Going solid isn't feasible right now...
6) Grab a 12mm on a swivel and tighten up the lower Exhaust Manifold nuts
7) Hook up wastegate
8) Fresh Fluids and Break in
Later on:
9) Swap in new fuel filter
10) Swap in 450lph fuel pump
11) Get adaptors for Setrab oil cooler
12) Wrap that Downpipe
13) Heat Shield the turbo & Duct that oil cooler for fresh air
14) Hook up h2o/meth pump
Later Later On:
15) Finish the R&R of all bushings on the subframe
16) Complete the custom Coil Over Program
17) Interior Headliner & Sunroof control panel
18) 2watt dash bulbs
19) Get my Audio finalized
Ahhh and sell some stuff:
RS2 Manifold
Euro A6 real lights complete with center panel
Stromung 3" Downpipe
K26/t04e Turbo...
This cheap wine has me typing a lot...

yeah brah - that''s exactly the list I was tellin ya ta make. shift the non-essentials down the list, especially anything where ease of implementation isn't affected by the current state of teardown (aka yer oil cooler setup you can do at any time w/ little penalty).

Which intercooler are you running? I could make up a copy of my charge pipe for you. It allows use if the stock oil cooler, a compressor inlet pipe, and the Apikol FMIC with Hanks header

I didn't have Apikol money at the time so I used the Garrett 600 intercooler with custom piping... A carbon copy of yours would be really cool if only I could see a pic of what it looks like & how it was routed...
