Сварил выхлоп. 76мм . От Даунпайпа.
Даунпайп позже тоже будет весь 76.

Спасибо сотруднику, Руслану за работу. Мне качество очень понравилось. Еще насадки поставили его собственной работы.

Поменял масло. 360000км
Залил масло g energy 5/40. Говорят с одного завода с мобил. Не рискнул на зиму оставить 10/60. Посмотрим как зимой себя проявит.

Разобрал салон. Запнулся на рейлингах. Не знаю как их лучше снять. Три болта. Из 6 ти открутились. Остальные высверливать?

Поменял воздушный фильтр. На прошлом проехал 5000км.
Номер прошлого АР005. От passat b3 2e 115сил. Проклеен.
Решил в этот раз заказать оригинальный. АР179 . Пришел.
Он толще на 1см. Поставил. Посмотрим. Честно думаю в след раз все же буду снова ставить от passat-а. Так как логически с ним легче дышать.

363000км поставил новые свечки. Оригинал . У старых прорыв газов был на двух большой. Поехала лучше.

Поставил стальные втулки в подрамник. Надо ждать лето.
Руль разве что острее стал.
На дороге поменьше мотыляет. Не пытается поехать туда куда ей хочется ..

Сварили трубу из аллюминия. Так чтобы не торчала , нигде ничего не задевала.
И с плавными поворотами.


Приобрел кожухи ГРМ новые AAN. Ремень , ролик ГРМ. Жду пластик крепление кожуха. И буду менять.

Насчет сварки аллюминия впуск , переходников и тд. Выхлоп частей. Можно обращаться. Цены гуманные у человека. Варить можно по моей машине или по 3В Седану.

New pads in the circle set. new silenty rear suspension ordered.

This project is insanity! The Big Brake conversion is amazing, in line with every other modification that you do to the 200. I would like to read more about the Big Brake change, what donor car is it coming from? I really enjoy following your project, always inspirational.
