True that. I didn't want to fight crap coming loose. And who the hell anti-siezes lock nuts???

I was thinking that a person could make such a thing but modifying a new tial housing is a bit scary lol

I'm not dead yet... LOL
Does anyone have any good write ups on controlling Water-Meth injection with VEMS? My IATs are way too high for my next turbo so I have come to the realization I need to step into some water meth so I can have confidence when going full on WOT.

...Might wanna get your transmission and turbo in and on there before you worry about W/M Inj...
But it's pretty simple to setup. Marc probably has a better way to do it but I just ran it off the N20 Injection settings.

Update time.

Life has been stupid crazy lately. Over the past month my Grandma passed away, the other tech at the shop was terminated and I upgraded with a pay raise and moved to the good side of the shop (I now have 3 lifts and 4 bays). OH and not to mention I graduate in 3 weeks with my accounting degree.

SO onto the update...
One of my first acts at the new to me side of the shop (aside from cleaning it up) was to throw Oceanic on the lift and weld up the hole in the trans tunnel from launching tranny parts through it...

Welding up the hole...

OH ya! Lookey what IMS Sent me...

Anyways, that's it for now. More updates coming soon!

I'm workin on it!

I was going to convert the 01E to a manual speedo today, but that was put into a holding pattern until tomorrow. I couldn't find anyplace open that had the tap that I needed for the diff cover. So, hopefully when NAPA is open tomorrow they have one in stock for me. Other than that, I worked on some wiring stuff and watch some of my old videos looking for some inspiration. I am really missing this car right now.

Seriously considering these flares for Oceanic as a meantime solution to my rubbing problem. (I will cut up the fenders and throw those on), Until I can afford to go full steel WB. I need to let the idea marinate a bit, but I also want your guy's opinion. What do you think?

These are them...

Those flares look pretty hawt IMO. Need to see some other/closer angles to see how they fit though.
I've considered running a set of those, not sure it would work on a C4 though.

Another pic...

Well, in my case, now is the time to screw around with different ideas because my paint is total crap and I guess any holes that I put into the fender can be fixed. Ultimately I want metel flairs, but this could really serve as a good meantime solution. I just know once I eff with the fenders that much there is no going back.
EDIT: Those fenders in combination with the 2B front lip.

I'm thinking if I do it, I will run the front widths all the way around, and not go for the big fatty in the rear. I just got off the phone with Doug and really, he said anything that I do to it will be reversible, just might be a pain. LOL. Long story short, I think I'm going to order them, then mock them up, take come pictures and get opinions before I take the cut-off wheel to the car.

I like the flares on that 84, they don't look like they fit perfectly, but they work.
I hope I don't ever see a yellow 4000 again.
