the point you are illustraiting is just a plain chassis ground. if you are trying to ask if that will have the effect of disabling lc when 'open', then yes.

Sorry i meant if i were to run the LC circuit ground wire through the trigger pins of a relay (which will disable my water meth injection solenoid circuit) just prior to grounding to chassis, will the resistance of the relay trigger portion cause any problems for the VEMS channel 2 I'm grounding out?
So in other words, where that chassis ground is I'm pointing at, instead I'll run it to a separate relay's 85 terminal which will exit at it's 86 terminal and then finally go to chassis for ground. This new channel for the ground wire will effectively interrupt that relay's 87A circuit, which runs a circuit for the w/m solenoids. I'm basically using the original LC circuit, that's been fully functional, to shut off those solenoids while launching.

Sorry i should've been more detailed. I don't want to fry the channel 2 from VEMS by introducing that trigger circuit from the new relay. TIA
