A small cutoff wheel for aluminum

Post by 90quattrocoupe »

Wondered, if anyone had any recommendation for cutoff wheel for use on aluminum, not steel? 4 1/2" and 6" disc size.

In refineries around here, the industry standard is Walter. Anything else and you're skeptical that they've cheaped out. There are other good brands, but I typically default to these.

Metabo makes some for aluminum. I'll have to check what I have, I ordered a bunch a year or so ago when some website had a bunch of options for cheap. I got some Metabo and another brand and both have been working great.

Oh, maybe fit some UrS4 seats into the coupe. Just in the planning stage.
