Garage / Workshop Wanted in Seattle area

I'm starting to look at some spaces in the Seattle region where I can keep the project car and wrench on it. Looking for private garages, corner of a warehouse, hanger, whatever.

Requirements are minimal:
Decent Price
Power (110, 220 optional)
Hard smooth-ish floor
Able to lock or secure somehow (not necessarily my space, but the building)

Closer to Seattle downtown the better. Let me know if you guys know of anything. Thanks!
