Snub mount compatibility question

Post by durq »

Hello Audi people. I have broken the aluminum casting of the snub mount. My question is: are all small chassis 5 cylinder snub mounts the same?

I need another one so let me know what you have and if it will work!

edit: As Alex reminded me- this is a 3b in an Urq

Thanks!

When I did the 7A swap in my Coupe GT I was told to use the 20v one. I compared the two and the 20v is about 1/4" longer. I used the 20v one, but I never checked the clearances with the 20v one, maybe it would work fine despite being longer.

Thanks Alex -I forgot 20v/20v differences. vagcat shows that I need one for an MB. I did forget to mention that it is a 3b in an Urq (I know you knew) . I'll edit my first post.
