Think I found it. With the car running today, I sprayed silicone on some hoses, and the 3rd rib on the Michelin man hose has a crack. along with a tiny leak in the IC. So I need to find a replacement hose, and put my 20V IC on

One thing I'm noticing is that if I'm sitting at an idle, out of gear, and I rev it a little, it'll build boost not moving. What would cause this??

What? You sure its not just equalizing at 0 atm? I assume you're using an aftermarket boost gauge to read this?

No my boost gauge will spike to 5psi when I put my foot to the floor idling. And my gauge is tapped in at the ecu line. Also when it hits boost while driving it'll fall on its face.

I replaced a ton of vacuum lines yesterday with no affect. Is there a way to delete the decel valve? I replaced a ton of lines around that area and 2 of them could be 10x shorter if they didn't have to run over to that valve. I think there's maybe 1 or 2 more vacuum lines that need replacing and after that everything will be brand new.

Alright so The car would surge between 1300 rpm and 900 rpm sitting at an idle, and if I revved it to about 4k it'd get up to 5 psi at 4k. When driving, up to about 2 psi felt normal and then anything above 2psi at WOT feels like absolutely nothing, and It just falls on its face. I replaced the decel valve with a 710N diverter valve from a b6 a4, and also all of the vacuum lines from the Wastegate frequency valve, and the IM to the vacuum part of the decel valve. Also the line that's on the wastegate on the side, was one of those braided pieces and it literally fell apart in my hand about a month ago when I smoke tested the system(this was way before I had any of these problems). I believe theres only one more (Maybe 2) vacuum lines I havent replaced, one being the line from the turbo outlet to the Intake manifold, this one goes like into the fender well and up and around. Gonna replace the last of them tonight. Also I'm getting a 5 gal gas tank and filling it up on the way home from school, (To rule out that the dying wasnt from running out of gas) cause I have no working gas gauge haha and I knew I was close to needing gas, and was on the way to fill up when It died.

Umm, there shouldn't be a hose going from the turbo outlet to the intake manifold. That air is bypassing the intercooler and the throttle

How much pressure did you smoke test with? Hope it was regulated to something in the low 20'20's to be kind to that stock pressure transducer.

I assume you're referring to that line that taps into the "armpit" of the 120° turbo inlet boot? I'd have to check where mine goes. Been too long

I meant to say the line on that elbow hose goes to the wastegate solenoid. Good news today, used a 5 gallon gas can and filled it up when I filled my jeep. Put that in the 200 and replaced that one last vacuum line and she runs good. I found out the ISV I bought as a replacement doesn't work tho so I'll have to use my half dead old one
