Coupe S-Line Revival

After falling off the face of the Audi world for awhile (well, kind of), I decided it's time to get back. I have the fairly well documented 'Coupe S-Line' in the driveway begging for some love. Previous threads here:

In the first months of owning it I tweaked the VEMS tune a bit to a) cold start better and b) pass CO emissions, 5-lug swap with S2 hubs, replace high pressure PS hose to fix a leak (only to have a new one start elsewhere), replace windshield washer hose, and besides regular oil changes that's about it. It served as a mix of DD and fun car for the wife and I for awhile but about ~16 months ago just decided it wasn't going to start anymore and it's been low on my list of things to fix :oops: . I've swapped distributors with a known good dizzy + hall sensor to no avail. Jumpered the hall sensor to trick Vems into firing, but still no spark. My next target is the aftermarket security system that could be interrupting the signal, and then going through the chassis grounds. Fortunately I've checked the interior after a few rain and snow storms and it seems to be staying dry, so I'm thinking the grounds and ECU should be OK. Any other thoughts here very much welcome.

Other current issues:
Heat is intermittent. Fix: B4 CC unit. Already in the garage waiting.
New pentosin leak. Unsure of current source, suspect gasket on bomb, will replace and re-test.
Headlights and tail lights leaking. Just need to re-seal, and hopefully the electronics aren't (too) corroded.
Front passenger strut dead. Replace with same.
Accusump needs relocating/reattaching.
Headliner drooping.

Fun stuff in the garage for after it gets running again:
S2 plasma gauges + B4 outside temp gauge
full set of carbon trim
91 Glass sunroof
91 signal stalk. Not 100% sure if that can be made to work yet.
01E with high bias rear diff, 4KQ driveshaft, iroz mounts, drive flanges, B5 S4 shift linkage (needs cut/flipped)
RS2 bumper
Reiger Evo side skirts to hopefully help tie in the wide body flares
Turbo parts: ABY intake, intercooler, crossmember, charge pipe, and water manifold. Volvo turbo. Need exhaust manifold, not sure if RS2 worth the higher cost over log.
