How does the breather system look? What does the inlet from the catch can look like for oil?

No doubt, you are maxing that GTX3071r in a big way, but still it is hard to swallow that it is losing the front seal

breather system is designed like the stock pcv with a catch can before the turbo intake.

I will check the intercooler in a few days to find out how much oil is actually down there. It may be that when the hose blew off it back fed any oil out of the intercooler. I have blown 4 hoses in 4 days now mark said 310kpa would do that

Somewhere around 480ish whp .... torque was only measured at the front wheels

So i am trying to figure out why my car needs so much fuel in one band around 2600 rpm's. Anyone ever run into this before and should i look somewhere else in VEMS.

so from the VEMS facebook post it looks like it may be harmonics in the fuel system that i need to deal with... i know my lines are not running optimally so i might have to redesign that :wah: :wah: :bangshead: In other news i moved my oil cooler to the other side of the car, now working on cowling for both the cooler and one for the intake side to keep fresh air directed at the intake

My car has the same lean spike/rich map area around there, plus or minus a few hundred RPM. It may be some kind of harmonic intake or exhaust resonance? A fuel pressure gauge would show if it's a fuel system issue.

I hooked an oscilloscope up to my fuel pressure sensor yesterday to confirm that what VEMS is seeing is correct... around 2100 RPM the turbulence in the fuel system reaches a peak and the fuel pressure changes wildly... sort of a water hammer for fuel going on in there. Time to fab up something different

Weird. Does the RPM it occurs at vary with load?

hard to say but its more noticeable in taller gears... fuel pressure is CH5 in my vemslog

yup pulled from a f430 but the same calipers that are on the v10 r8's. The bracket is a one off that i made with a local shop... IPSCO was supposidly designing some but i havn't heard any more on that... i plan to pull mine and have them redone one day hopefully that will produce a cad or solidworks file

I have a BNIB 034 fuel line kit if you're interested in changing the fuel line setup.

Update on my oil cooler. Finished the metal portion of my cowls the plan is to attach rubber to the bottom of each to seal against the belly pan. I added a 6.5" fan to the oil cooler and it seems to really suck  Little bit more trimming to do but hopefully it makes a big difference on the track and during the summer.

Did the same thing on the passenger side to hopefully keep fresh air directed at the intake

Actually enough of the core and support is still there and the FMIC does a good job of holding things in place ... i will reinforce if i start seeing any movement
