Little late posting these but I did pick up my Miller 210 Tig finally a couple weeks ago. After practicing, these are the results so far. I'm updating the motor mount plate thread and taking orders.

They will be same size as the steel ones (1/4"). Since the welding is for a non load bearing piece, I wont need full penetration. Either way, I am striving for a perfecr weld and will be pre-heating with the oxy-ace torch

I have a long way to go on this but have spent quite a bit of time practicing. Do you run the welder in pulse mode? I need to get the timing better of moving the puddle forward and dipping the rod.
