01A 4000 1.8t questions

I have a trans I'm told is an 01A AKU code from a 90q 20v sedan.

If I'm correct. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
This will straight bolt into my 4000cs?
Has non locking 4.11 ratio diff?
Taller 5th gear than my 016


Questions.
Will it bolt to a 1.8t? if so what clutch/flywheel?
What is the weak spot on these transmissions?
I might need some syncros and other parts, where would I get them?

The 1.8t will bolt up with using the original 1.8t clutch and flywheel. You will have to modify your gear linkage, find the right size driveshaft and figure out a way to make the speedo work as on the 016 box its cable driven and on the 01a its electronic
