Does anyone rebuild OEM Audi/Bose Radios?

I had thought that there was a company people were using to reman the Audi/Bose headunits (Gamma, I think--the factory 200 20vt unit). I'm trying to find an OEM replacement or a way to rebuild mine--but am struggling to find a used model with a code.

Anyone know of a rebuilder for these? (Or in the alternative, a known-good model with a code?)
