Need a pinout for an AFC 12V 2.8 Manual ECU

Alright update - The Cabriolet is a '96 so it has OBD-II and a funky 5 connector ECU. I picked up a Ross-Tech HEX-CAN USB and was able to plug in and see what's going on.
The ECU was still coded for auto trans, so I changed that. That improved ON throttle response, but off still remains lazy; just hangs in the air. I have to wait 2-3 seconds for the RPMS to drop to the next gear's range, otherwise I get a nice jerky shift.
The cruise control also continues to not work.
I also need a rear O2 sensor - would that give me my lazy RPM symptoms? The other 3 O2's are good...
