Coil Pack Choices...

Post by PRY4SNO »

The FSI coil pack harness I ordered from Hungary has arrived, so it's now time to order the right coils.

I have a couple local parts suppliers, aside from the stealer. Wondering what I should order? Are there certain ones that fit better in the AAN valve cover?

I was thinking an 07k or 2.0t type coil, what is everyone using?

I'm using 077905115Q which I understand is now superseded by 077905115T.

They fit snugly with a little trimming of the rubber boot and have given me no trouble running up to 22 PSI boost. And they're red, which adds horsepower. ;)
Be alert! America needs more lerts.

Hmmm... I have heard great things about the v8 coils. But I'm looking to go with the black ones, unless there's a difference beyond cosmetics?

How about:

Went with the 06H905115B, which are 2.0t coils.
