WTBorrow 3B ECU, WTB B3 Dash

Trying to troubleshoot the rally car still after serious bang up last spring and haven't been able to get her fired up, looking to determine if the ECU took too serious of a whack or what. Would like to borrow someone's known good stock 3B ECU to try and get the car fired up, will return in same working fashion, shipping both ways on me via fedex if not local.

Also looking for a new B3 dash to reconfigure current layout, let me know what you've got, local to New England preferred.
