Clutch disk interchange

So I have an odd question. Is it possible to use the clutch disk from a CQ in a 200q with an MC engine? I know that the 200q in question uses the flat flywheel, unlike the 5Kq using the dished flywheel. Also the 200q uses a 240mm clutch disk like the CQ. You can find info on the pressure plates being interchangeable, but nothing on the disks. Im not sure about the spline count on either disk, as I do not have them with me. Just kind of a thought.
