Bilstein Sport for T44

Post by 20VAvant »

I have Bilstein part# 34-003695 strut insert upfront on the 200. A problem I have with this is that the dust seal on one of the gland nuts separates from the nut and slides up the body. Anyone else have this problem? It is occurring on only one side and I have no idea how to fix it. When the seal is separated it allows the shock to wobble pretty badly.

What would be a reason for it to separate? I'm trying to look up part numbers now.

I don't have a part number but I know that you can buy them separately (not cheap). Give Bilstein a call.
