Some sort of hard plastic...? Whatever 034 makes 'em out of.
I bet if you found the right set of injectors you wouldn't even need to run one. I can't say for sure because I switched TB's right off the bat but Dave might be able to tell you in a few days.

They are actually made of a material called garolite(probly didnt spell it correctly). Its a type of hardened fiberglass. I use it all the time at work. If you look very closely, you will see the weave pattern in it. Most people call it phenolic, but if that were true, it would burn, instead of chare being that close to the exhaust manifold.
