my full exhaust is prolly damn near 10lbs total. stainless downpipe, the rest is all aluminum including the muffler.

how far back down the car is the downpipe stainless? 16 ga.?

that is to come later, ive got a bunch of 16ga. alu sheet to mount to the top and side of rad and ic that will duct in behind grille and bumper grille so airflow cannot go around
