Although i almost without exception make it to the caribbean, this happened to be on the LEFT coast of Mexico! The water and sand are no comparison, but the SURF! Maybe only in Costa Rica is the surf so consistent in the carib!

well, that was how my family was somewhat after, but it settled in and since I had my buddy (one of witnesses) with a nice camera with good documentation, they all felt part and all was good...a wedding for us, as that is what a wedding if for right?, then everyone else got to share in the bond afterwards :D

Looks like a beautiful wedding micah :D

So I can stop spoiling Seans thread....

Yeah, it would be nice to have a decent boost control. the MBC I have riht now is really bad at controling boost over 22 psi. It spikes to about 23 and then tappers to around 18ish.. I have a 15 lb spring in the tial right now, and also have a 8 pound that should put the boost up to 23 psi, but it overshoots that and ends upat around 27psi, and I dont think i have the fuel pump for those levels. I think that 22 psi would be great for the 30r on the stock pump on gas. I wish I had a new WB sensor for you though. The sensor on there right now is the sensor that went through the valve dropping on the 20v, and sometimes I question its honesty.

Man, you need to take a buisness trip to SLC!!!

I have a new wideband with me, want me to test it with a new sensor?

My 22mm craftsman wrench got confiscated by the Denver TSA though :mad:

I was going to bring my timing light too, but thought better of it...

yep, I dont check any baggage, ever. The TSA rule is nothing solid metal over 7" :curses:

Yep, I flew in on Sunday night. I'm staying at the luxor with my GF who is here for a big MPI conference (Meeting Professionals International)

Very cool. What is your experience with stock fuel pumps and gt30r's and 20v? To what psi will the fuel pump be able to keep up with the air put out untill readline? This is on Gas of course.

The stock UrQ pump is actually very good (as are most of the under-car bosch fuel pumps, most of them flow just as much as the 044 upgrade pump for in-tank setups). I'd say you should be good for a minimum of 300whp, probably even 350whp. 400whp might be pushing it, I'd go parallel dual for anything over 400 definitely.

I see. In parallel with a say 350whp pump what does the headroom go up to with a 044 pump? Genereally the people on the net say that the 044 is good for 500-550hp alone...

One 044 in parallel with a stock UrQ pump is probably an 800whp setup. (assuming proper fuel line size, for that much fuel, probably -10 is not a bad idea). -8 you could probably get away with, -6 is too small.

With only -6 lines in parallel with the above mentioned pumps...

One 044 is good for over 600whp depending, one -6 feed will barely support 500whp, -8 will go to 800whp, -10 for up to 1500whp no problem. These are all approximations subject to variables between drive train losses, dyno accuracy, actual boost pressure, etc.

hrm. Interesting indeed Javad. What are your thoughts as far as this senario goes... -8 all the way to the rail, but the rail only has a ID of 3/8 or -6. Are you going to keep running into the 500whp barrier? I mean, the restriction is there so i woul assume it would be a restriction, but I have seen some nasty 20vts ran on a stock fuel rail which is even smaller than -6..

Much like electrical wire its subject to the length of the run...

you can get away with running a 12 gauge wire to feed a relatively high draw circuit as long as its a short length of wire. Same goes for liquid flow.

There is a certain amount of restriction per foot, my recommendations were for real world installs with pumps mounted back by the tank. For a small section, like inside the fuel rail, I can't see any practical restrictions being of concern.

when are you headed out? if everything goes according to plan I will have an extra garage space at the end of the month... you could park it in while you're out of the country...

oh but if you do that... take the keys with you... Don't want that kind of temptation...
