Tired of dealing with this.
I have a bead roller that I use mostly for the patch panels on my Lancia project. It's probably not quite the right tool for aluminum (at least .065 that is) but I managed to put some nice beading around the pipes.

It's a lil' tricky working with tubing, until you get a good bead started it really wants to walk around.

Here is both pieces completed, I need to take one joint out of the system and just get a 90º with a longer leg but with an intercooler change in my near future I didn't want to spend too much time on it.

I topped off with about 5 gallons of 100 Octane yesterday and we have a nice cool day here in the valley - perfect for taking a ride and beating the p*ss out of this thing so I can be sure it's not coming apart again. ...or at least the charge piping isn't coming apart. This PITA has been the sole reason I have only been running 20psi ;o]
