ya gotta get that egt in before the turbo man!

first pass should better be 9's, after all the bs youve dealt through, the freaking car should just drive itself into the 9's.

It's time to update your signature. 615 AWHP is just plain weak now. :P

sig updated. also, i fixed one error up there.

so, as to the question of timing. i did some looking. here is what i saw.

5krpm 23.5, 5500rpm 18.5, 6k rpm 17.0 degrees. peak torque rpm 6793 rpm, timing 16.5 degrees. 7k rpm 16.0 degrees

still, no matter how you slice it.

615 AWHP and 434 tq, i went 10.05 in the 3rd pass ever.

more whp, more tq, i should hopefully smash the 9 sec barrier the first shot out.

more changes are now steel FW instead of alum FW (help keep the revs up and launches), ID 1600 injectors, it should happen.

I love it! Don't forget to get that first pass on camera. If things going well on the dyno is a sign of things to come...you will most certainly smash into the nines. Best of luck to you Aron. Now how about going and doing some freeway pulls side by side with Hank?

oh, no you di'nt.... in that case, i am still quicker. by 0.46 :slap: and i have 4 cyls with 2.0L and you have 6 cyls with 3.0L . so if math prevails, you should go 50% faster and quicker than i  :bullshits:

thanks Dom.... :thanks: i could easily have squeezed out 675 or better. it went 71 AWHP with 5 psi. i just do not need to push it LOL.

no. that was due to the fact that for each pass with the stretched rod bolts, it was loosing power and i was shifting closer and closer to the finish line.

i thought it was just hot outside, didnt think there could be a problem with the car.... plus, i pushed third gear to 9200 but took first gear to 9300 plenty to help the 1-2 shift.

nope. awhile back i made the decision to slow down and not be in such a hurry (unless on the drag strip where i need all the hurry i can muster LOL).

i will not align the day of the tune the night before the track, i will not rush rush anymore.

it needs to happen at my leisure or it wont happen. thats how hobby stuff is, right?
