Woah! It's been bumped. :P Nothing to really report yet, I have been working on small detail items here and there, but nothing really note worthy. One thing though, I have to figure out how I am going to raise the front end a bit so that I can actually drive the damn thing. Tires are officially rubbing the fender because of the extra weight of the AAN, so I am thinking that raising it about a 1/2" will do the trick. (I now wish I would have just went full on adjustable from the get-go) :dur:

The official list to run is:

VEMS to Motronic Adapter
VEMS install
WB install
FPR and Fuel line

Thats it. Friday, I'm thinking I will order the supplies to make my adapter, then mid-December the fuel line/FPR/WB situation will get taken care of and lastly, early (like first week) Jan I will order the ECM. I have to say, seeing it when I pull into work everyday sure provides a ton of motivation. I really am loving how it's all turning out, I have taken WAY further than I ever thought I would, and it's taken WAY WAY longer than I ever thought it would too. :P

Don't forget to ask Santa! Even though the tv makes out he's a MB man, he's a closet Audi lover. Anxiously awaiting progress Ben. You can do it!

Thanks guys! :)

glibobbo21, I'm not going PNP VEMS, so I am going to wire up an adapter so that I can plug the standard VEMS Box into my Motronic harness, this also this allows me to more easily adapt the system for my ultimate end-game engine plans later down the road.

I wasnt planning much this year because the weather is starting to turn and we dont use our Quattro for the snow around these parts lol. I am trying to get Dan to do one more if we get a break by his place but I am planning a big gtg next spring for sure. I had a blast with everyone on the first round. I know what to avoid and what worked so the next one will be awesome. You will have to make it for that for sure.

OK OK I get it. I'm holdin this whole "drive" thing up. LOL. Just need to find some time soon to make my car ready for another long haul and then its game on as long as weather cooperates. Mike, you may have to come down here for a drive/BBQ during winter, my tires are horrible in just the wet and i'm scared to even attempt to drive in snow or icy conditions.
I do know one thing though, the weekend of the 25 hours of Thunderhill I will be going to thunderhill on sunday(i work saturday) to see the 034 TTRS Racecar. Maybe we could do a caravan if anyone is interested? It is December 8th and 9th( i'll be going the 9th).
