So Marc and I have been at it all day via emailing back and forth trying to get this thing going... We're getting really close timing is still kicking my rear but we have fire and fuel! If I can just get them to hit at the correct time. Made this little video.

Ok found a wire unplugged, it was the wire going to the alternator and now I have TPS and a few other things I didn't have before. I got my fuel pump hooked up and running (just ran strait to the battery until I can figure out how to get the VEMS to run it. Here are some cranking videos.

Finally traced a few wires enough to locate a couple hot wires that needed to be connected to the harness to power up the VEMS. Got the engine turned over but no readings changed on the laptop. Need to read up more on what I need to look for.

So I printed out and laminated the wiring diagrams so hopefully I canget them all figured out. I didn't know I needed another O2 sensor so I need to order a WBO2 (LSU 4.2). Still just trying to figure the system out. I see no inputs for power on the adapter harness that Marc made so it has to come ...

Lastly working on the fuel pump issue. I purchased a Bosch 044 type fuel pump and trying to adapt it to the original Murci filter and it's proving to be a little of a pain. I just went and ordered a bunch of metric fittings to make it work should be here next week. I'll post more pictures of this ...

Not much to update… I pulled the Auto Transmission wires from the engine harness installed the down pipes & O2's, removed all of the evap system from the Murcielago and the 4.2 and ran the engine harness to the other side of the motor to be ready when the VEMS gets here. Curious why you don't just go standalone? Vems is a pretty good bargain, even with a PnP harness from Marc @ EFI Express, and there is a lot of support available.
