Re: jbrentd's 2nd Chance CQ - 3B Ready To Go In
Peter Hutt has 2 euro bumper for sale atm in NY, and will receive 3 more at the end of the year.
This intercooler wont be efficient judging by the size, quality and location.
I would go with euro bumper, stock s2 cross member/IC

Re: Kennys UrS4 (SX-E 257 Big Turbo Build Complete...Tuning
That sucks that the tuner wasn’t working out but you’re in good hands with Marc .
Marc been a gem. Hopfully i can get some more time to fiddle with the tune tomorrow, we will see.
I understand your struggle and frustration
It took me 4 sessions to dial my car in, and at the end it was perfect ...

exactly!PRY4SNO wrote:No reason you couldn't, but likely more reasons you shouldn't. Mostly down to being cheap insurance. Pretty sure it's $200 or so for some Ferrea exhaust valves. That's a fair cost for price of mind.

Re: The 90Q (07k?)
Martin Pajak did it in his 84 urq using mixture of URS4 parts and stock parts and 01e box. Turned out real nice. No tunnel mods needed
Probably similar to your previous solution.
Might be on Motorgeek somewhere
I have that in my urq (used Pat and Sean instructions) and works well now ...

Verkline's solid top mount is good quality but stiff.
On race, track car its awesome, on a daily driven or street car, not so much.

Re: Ben's 95 90 Quattro 20vT - now with corn power!
A bit more info this morning.
Firstly, here's how I "dialed in" to the system:
I cut the pigtails off along with the C4 climate control at the yard yesterday thinking that this might work.
I applied 12v to: D9 and C14
I applied ground to: D14, D15, A9, A12
I pulled the K signal from A1 ...
